This pilot programme was launched in November 2010 after initial discussions with Rushi Munshi identified that SERCO’s network did not contain a representative number of BAME organisations.
Weekly half day sessions were organised to help members develop their skills in a specific area such as:
- Responding to LA commissions
- Performance improvement ina learning organisation
- Creating a change
- Specific challanges for BAME organisations
