HCDL contacted me to run a session on finance for the voluntary sector, focusing on how best to manage finance in current turbulence times.  It needed an insight into handling the situation rather than elaborating on aspects of financial management.  For the later, I have devised a Fluent in Finance course recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).

Why Leadership v/s Management intrigues participants during leadership programme?

I have now been delivering a Leadership in Action programme, spanning over a period of three days, recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) for over 4 years.  I keep Leadership v/s Management right until the third day by which time the learners have gained much knowledge on Leadership and have heard from role-models from public, private and third sectors.

Preparatory Visit to Naples

Rushi Munshi attended Preparatory Visit to Naples, Italy, representing UMCC between 5th and 9th December 2012.  The visit remained a success and provided an opportunity to visit Intituto Pontano Napoli, churches from between 13th and 15th century and museums.

The project is to link education with entrepreneurship and has proposed partners from five other EU countries to include France, Italy, Kosovo, Belgium, Germany and of course United Kingdom.  It provided an education system in other countries.  The Academy structure in England ...
